Damian Spaulding got his start in videography approaching 20 years ago when he hosted one of his region's greatest celebrated live television shows in Collingwood Ontario Canada. Since then, he has extended his skills to become not only the Director of Photography for many of the shoots Spaulding Dominican Republic, but also a top trainer and production manager and supervisor, first falling in Canada in general, as he continues to train his Replacements in these teams while migrating to an even larger, all-encompassing career.
